LiveLink™ for PTC® Creo® Parametric™: Add-in for PTC Creo Parametric

If you have licensed LiveLink™ for PTC® Creo® Parametric™, you need to provide the path to the common files folder in the PTC Creo Parametric installation during the installation process.

It should point to the common files directory of the PTC Creo Parametric installation, which is typically for PTC Creo Parametric 2.0

C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 2.0\Common Files\M040

and for PTC Creo Parametric 3.0

C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 3.0\M190\Common Files

Based on this path the COMSOL Installer registers an add-in that is loaded by PTC Creo Parametric. Subsequent changes to the location of the COMSOL or PTC Creo Parametric installations will cause the loading of the add-in, and the connection between COMSOL and PTC Creo Parametric to fail. Updating PTC Creo Parametric will have the same result.
