You can install COMSOL using an automated installation process with minimal user interaction. This method requires installation from DVD or DVD image. The documentation on how to create an answer file is available in the template, setupconfig.ini, which is available on the DVD. When you have created an answer file, start the installation by runningwhere <answer file path> is the path to your answer file.
